Alexander Comet Family, I want to make sure to clear up any misinformation. Alexander Public School is NOT moving to the Yellow Hybrid Plan. Though we encourage masks, we are NOT requiring masks! We are NOT moving to the hybrid plan. McKenzie County has moved to yellow, Alexander School has not. Everything tomorrow will continue as it was today! Please contact Leslie Bieber with any questions.
Per Governor Burgum's announcement earlier today, McKenzie County has moved to yellow. Alexander Public School has experienced minimal impact from close contact or positive cases therefore, the APS School Board will not be proceeding to the yellow hybrid school model. We will continue with regular school practices. Please contact Leslie Bieber with any questions or concerns.

Seeking CTE Advisory Committee Members-
The Alexander Career and Technical Education (CTE) Programs (Agriculture, Family and Consumer Sciences, Technology and Engineering, and Career Development) are seeking community members to help us find ways to continue improving our CTE classes. We are looking for potential members who can commit to at least two meetings a year (one in the fall and one in the spring) and are willing to share their ideas and professional expertise with our committee. If you are interested in helping further our CTE programs please contact the office so we can set up a meeting time that works for all members in October

Friendly safety reminder to all parents, staff and students who drive. Please wear your seat belts and remember to take the time to scrape the frost off your windows before you hit the road. It was noted by law enforcement that these safety measures are not being used appropriately at drop off and pick up at school.
